- Fuel Delivery Error Code sets from low rail pressure. Fuel rail pressure indicates 22psi koeo, and about 500-540 when cranking, far too low to start engine. Note visible fuel leak, looks like filter housing area. Test the low pressure supply when bumping starter, found normal at 12psi. Found when cranking engine there is a major fuel leak from the #4 injector line between rail and injector. Line mount is loose causing vibration and cracking of metal line where it is attached to the end cap. Pressure loss is causing low rail pressure and inability to start. Need to replace #4 line, bleed system and recheck for proper operation.
