- DIagnose code P1607 (PCM internal shutdown timer rationality) This code is caused by a weak battery. The battery failed load test after being charged for 1.5 hours. The alternator is charging at 14.4V
- See diagnosis for the check engine light. Remove and replace battery
- Remove four wheels and rear brake drums/rotors to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Front and rear brakes pads at 5mm except the outer is at 1mm. Rotors are machinable.
- Install front brake pads
- Machine front rotors on vehicle
