- Battery disconnect solenoid next to battery is clicking on and off rapidly sometimes. Found mounting screws loose and the controller is grounded to one of the mount screws. Loose ground causing intermittent operation. Both battery terminals loose on battery making poor contact. Negative bolt is cross threaded and positive one loose. Replace both terminal bolts, now terminals tight and solar is charging engine battery. Still no crank. Can crank by bypassing the starter relay, but still won't start. Found BCM codes: B1370
- Control Module Ignition On and Start Circuit Short To Ground Or Open (Symptom 06) – Current DTC B1380
- Control Module Ignition Accessory Circuit Short To Ground Or Open (Symptom 06) – Current DTC Found the run/crank relay has no power to the primary side. Power comes from ignition switch via the 2A fuse "DLIS" under the driver seat. Found this fuse blown. Replaced and engine starts normally. Circuit is only used to trigger relays through the ignition switch, doesn't carry any real load. Examined the wiring to the ignition switch and found one red wire attached to circuit with a T-tap that runs over the doghouse and is just laying there with a cut end. Possible that it went to the alarm which seems to have just been removed (harness sitting on passenger seat). Removed wire.
