Services Performed
- Remove four wheels and rear brake drums/rotors to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. – Road test, has noise grinding in front brakes – Left rear brake pad not installed correctly (hole not in pin). – Front brake pads have low grind and high pitch RF – Brakes approximately 80% remaining, front pads grinding and hardware high pitch
- Recover .2 lb, evacuate and charge A/C to spec 1.22 lbs. Test operation and test for leaks. Found A/C compressor clutch to be faulty, manual operation of a/c clutch no good. Test signal to a/c no good, test fuses okay.
- Front brake job, install dealer pads
- Machine front rotors on vehicle
- Re-install making sure pin went in hole in caliper piston.
- Remove & Replace A/C compressor
- Replace A/C condenser and dryer assembly
- Flush A/C
- Replace expansion valve
- Recover, evacuate and charge A/C. Test operation and test for leaks. None found.
