    • ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty,Diesel,6.0L Eng,Automatic Trans One
    • R&I aux alt harness and splice in new pigtail
    • Test dual alternator charging system. Found primary alternator only puts out 45 Amps at idle and 70A at 2000 RPM, spec is 140A. Found secondary alt has no output. Trace to failed regulator connector. If connector is pushed on, secondary alt puts out 120A at idle. Needs primary alt and secondary regulator pigtail.
