Catalyst, EVAP and Oxygen sensor monitors not set. Code P0101 – Mass air flow A circuit range/performance Code P0172 – System too rich bank 1 Code P0401 – EGR glow insufficient Code P0403 – EGR Control circuit Code P013A – O2 sensor slow response rich to lean bank 1 sensor 1 During the first test drive, the vehicle was hesitating and lurching severely. A smoke test revealed that the plastic part of the intake duct was leaking. The MAF sensor reading is very erratic even when sitting still at idle, Tried a known good MAF sensor and none of the codes came back on so far. The air filter is extremely dirty.
Remove and replace the intake duct
Remove and replace the mss air flow sensor
Replace air filter
Clean throttle body
Remove EGR valve, clean ports and valve. Reinstall EGR valve.
Hose clamp was installed incorrectly, correct position and tighten up.
