- Throttle Actuator Control System Stuck Closed Monitors are complete. Confirm TB fails the self-test. Visual inspection found the engine air filer eaten up by rodents, Air box FULL of nest/droppings and throttle body ruined by urine. VERY likely that debris has been getting sucked into engine for some time. Didn't see any apparent wiring damage yet. Throttle body needs to be replaced and air cleaner box and duct thoroughly cleaned out and filter replaced.
