Engine – Codes P0301
Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected Verified constant misfire on #1. Added suplemental fuel to intake, misfire did not change, ruling out injector fault. Access and remove #1 coil and load test. Coil output is good, but arcs out the side of the coil tube when installed, causing loss of spark to plug. Plug gap measures .054", spec is .043". Worn out/over-gaped plugs can cause coil failure. Replacing jsut the one coil will sole misfire for now, but highly advise to replace plugs at this time. T/Bs are very dirty also. Advise T/B service, IAV relearn will be required.
Replace ignition coil and throttle body gaskets
Clean both throttle bodies and MAFs then perform IAV relearn for idle system

Code P1217 – engine temperature overheat Found one of the top heater core hoses ripped. Need to replace to teat for HC's. Recommend replacing inlet and outlet heater hoses.
Tested for HC's after replacement and it is okay at this time.

Pump Motor Circuit Fault C1109
Battery Voltage Out of Range C1109
Battery Voltage Out of Range Currently the ABS pump is not running, and the vehicle sat for a couple days without battery going dead. ABS lights are off. C1111 means power was being detected at the pump motor circuit when pump relay was not commanded on. This model has an external VDC relay assembly. If this relay gets stuck on, the pump will run all the time regardless of ignition position, and C1111 will set. ABS module/hydraulic unit has no internal controls for pump. Advise to replace the VDC relay assy, as this is the only thing that will cause pump will run all the time.
