Vehicle had dead batteries when it came in. Too low to start. Vehicle has two engine batteries and two house batteries. Both house batteries reached full charge quickly and tested good. One engine battery would not charge properly, even after a whole day on trickle. Would measure 12.4V but drop to zero if any load was applied. Swapped this battery with one of the house batteries and balanced charged both together. Engine now starts fine. Got hot in shop and was able to start fine.
Want to see the issue occur prior to performing air test on HP oil system. All internal HP oil parts should be new with re-man engine. Road tested 20 miles to get all the way hot and after 10 minutes of sitting afterwards it started perfectly. Monitors complete with no fault codes. Cannot continue with diagnostics if concern is not happening.
