    • – Fuel filter – Belt small cracks – Wiper washers inop – need to diagnose – shifter indicator broken – upper and lower ball joints worn out – transmission fluid brown – Air filter dirty – both pivot bushing worn out – spark plugs over gap, plugs at .80 (spec .52-.56) – recommend wiper blades – rear main oil leak – front tires cupping – recommend front and rear shocks – A/C okay, coolant okay, engine oil okay, lights okay, differential oil okay
    • Alternator charging, no problem at this time Battery failed load test
    • Remove four wheels and rear brake drums/rotors to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. – Rear brakes approx 5% remaining, rotors okay to machine- – front brakes approx 80% remaining, recommend machine front rotors
    • Shifter indicator broken, needs to be replaced
    • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace
    • Trace to faulty washer pump
    • Remove and replace shifter indicator
    • Remove and replace Upper and Lower ball joints
    • TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty Pan,Filter
    • Install air filter
    • Remove and replace Pivot bushings
    • Also replace boots
    • Install wiper blades
    • Install rear brake pads.
    • Machine rear rotors on vehicle
    • Machine front rotors on vehicle
    • SHOCKS – Removed & Replace front
    • SHOCKS – Remove & Replace Rear
    • WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty
    • Diagnose and replace the battery

    • Cam Position Sensor Circuit Fault P1000
    • OBDII System Checks Incomplete P1336
    • Crankshaft Position (CKP) And/Or Camshaft Position (CMP) Input Signal To The PCM Concerns Verified there is no signal from the CMP sensor. Flat line 5V output, no switching to 0V. Remove CMP from the synchronizer and found the sync has hit the CMP magnet and knocked it loose. Sync bushing worn out, causing excess play in shaft and contact occurred between shutter and CMP. Need to replace the synchronizer and CMP sensor. Need to remove heater hose pipe from the water pump to extract sync and to set up timing tool.
    • Change oil & filter. Top off all fluid levels. Check & adjust tire pressure. Visual inspection of hoses, belts, etc. Lube chassis.
    • CAMSHAFT SYNCHRONIZER – Remove & Replace – V6 – [Includes: Replace Camshaft Position Sensor.]
