    • Remove door panel and found penny inside. Removed penny, now no noise.

P0721 Output shaft speed sensor circuit performance Stored 2.3. P0740 Torque converter clutch (TCC) out of range Confirm transmission has failed mechanically. Fluid is full, but badly burnt. Will drive forward and reverse when cool, grinding noise from trans in 1st and reverse when moving, and goes to neutral when 2nd is commanded, then fails to move at all. Needs transmission.

    • Engine fault code P0058 O2 sensor heater circuit fault bank 2 Sensor 2. Review scan data for all four oxygen sensors during cold start. All sensors beside bank 2 sensor 2 warm up within about 5 to 10 seconds and begin operation. Bank 2 Sensor 2 takes about 2 minutes before it begins to operate it. Found bank 2 Sensor 2 heater circuit open. Needs sensor replaced.
