    • Confirm HVAC outlet temp is always warm. No HVAC codes and all mode/blend door actuators move to correct positions, but there is zero change in outlet temp, will not get any cooler or any hotter. A/C compressor does run and low side line set is getting ice cold. This is a mechanical air mix/blend issue, not a refrigerant or A/C issue. The temp blend door has broken and fallen into case. This is an EXTREMELY common issue on this platform. The proper repair required dash and HVAC plenum removal which also requires the windshield to be removed to access and remove the bolts that hold the dash structure to the body. There are online articles and notes on Identifix that state there are tricks and "hacks" to make the repair without glass removal by cutting the end off the bolts when installed to make them short enough to be removed with glass installed, as well as tricks to cut the side of the HVAC case to access and replace the door without removing the dash at all, then resealing with ducting tape, silicone or epoxy. – Customer requested repair without removal of glass No TSB or warranty extension found.
    • Needs oil change – due in 120 miles according to sticker
