- – Thermostat housing leaks – Tire light on – Windshield nozzle broken – Recommend battery service & possibly cables – Front differential fluid dirty – Transmission fluid dirty – Transfer case fluid dirty – Rear differential fluid dirty – Stabalizer shock leaking – RF corner light out – Spark plugs gap .43, spec .48-.53 – Okay – Tires, hoses, coolant, air filter and belt all look good at this time – Front brakes approximately 30% remaining – Rear brakes look new – Alternator charging 14.5V
- Remove and replace thermostat and housing
- JB Weld manifold
- Remove and replace battery and (1) end
- Service front differential
- Drain and fill
- Service transfer case
- Service rear differential
- Replace leaking steering dampner
- Remove and replace RF corner light
- Change oil & filter. Top off all fluid levels. Check & adjust tire pressure. Visual inspection of hoses, belts, etc. Lube chassis.
