    • Alignment is way off. Steering off 40-45 degrees left and pulls. Verified the customer complaint. Feels like toe in problem coupled with worn part(s). With vehicle on lift found RF lower control arm bushing totally failed, allowing RF wheel to move back and forth in caster motion. Can see the alignment is not okay even visually. Has toe in and steering out of alignment. Need to replace the RF lower control arm (LF looks like it has been replaced before) and have a good alignment done along with subframe alignment verified as well. Steering intermediate shaft may need re-positioning as well from subframe replacement procedure, may be clocked wrong. After new arm the vibration/thumping is gone. There is a small click/clunk noise in what sounds like LF. Nothing found loose/worn. Suspect noise is in the "All-in-one" strut(s) used at prior repair, possible strut tower/bearing or strut itself.

    • Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected Verified a nearly constant misfire on #3. Feels like ignition fault with how it comes and goes. Access and remove #3 coil for inspection and found connector fell right out of coil. Same thing happened on #1 coil right next to it. Found small amount of oil in #3 plug tube from leaking V/C tube seal. Can also see #4 it leaking from tube. Looks like cam carriers are dry. Plug inspected good in normal gap range. Cleaned out oil and reassembled ensuring coil connectors fully lock. Misfire is now gone. #3 miss together with the coil primary code shows it was probably just barely making contact with pins.
