- Confirm cooling fan is inop under all conditions. Command fan high and low speeds with scanner, relays click but no power to fan. Found 50A fan fuse link blown. Replace fuse link and recheck. High speed works, but fan motor is noisy. Low speed is inop, but power/ground to fan is normal. Fan motor failed also causing fuse to blow.
