Fond #3 plug insulator cracked in combustion chamber. This is usually caused by oil fouling, which is present on all 4 plugs. Looking at intake valves with borescope though plug hole shows major carbon buildup there as well as heavy oil deposits in pistons and combustion chambers. Intercooler lines show normal amount of oil and turbo looks dry on center section. PCV vacuum reading is currently normal at idle. Advise to replace the PCV regulator assy as a first step in case of issue where boost pressure may be getting into crankcase or intermittent regulator issues that would cause oil consumption, soak cylinders with cleaner over night to help break up some deposits on pistons and rings, change oil and filter, and replace the spark plugs. After this need to closely monitor the oil consumption. If better would then proceed to remove the intake manifold and perform intake valve cleaning procedure. If oil consumption is still the same the cause would likely be due to cylinder/ring wear.
- Replace spark plugs and add 1 qt oil
