- Recover, evacuate and charge A/C. Test operation and test for leaks. System has no pressure, and no refrigerant was recovered. Evacuate and vacuum test for major leak. Passed. Replaced both service ports, low side port had oil trace on it. Evacuate again and charge to .425kg 1234-yf. System operation normal, pressures 150/30 and 39 degree outlet temp. Test system thoughly for leaks. Leak detector alerts at lower passenger side of condenser. Unable to see w/ UV light, but soapy water shows tiny bubbles on condenser tube. There is an extended warranty on 16-19 civics for faulty condensers, 10yr unlimited mileage warranty. Recovered .415kg after leak found.
