- Misfire Detected On Startup (First 1000 Revolutions) Freeze frame shows misfire occurred on hot engine at around 25mph under normal driving conditions, normal acceleration. Was not able to duplicate the misfire on road test, but can see high misfire counts stored in memory for cylinder #1. Inspect #1 coil, found no obvious issues. Load tested coil and checked for arcing with ground probe all over coil boot. No issues found and coil produces consistent 35kV output. Spark plug gap at .065", spec is .049"-.053", plugs are original. Would advise to replace the spark plugs at this time, swap coils 1-2 and see if misfires are still detected. Would normally replace the coil boots as well, but they are not currently readily available, would take several days to get all seven (cylinder #3 uses a wire and a different coil due to DI pump clearance).
