Services Performed
- There is no brake assist/boost happening. Warning buzzer all the time, and all ABS/Trac lights are on. ABS Faults: C1223
- Fault In ABS Control System C1251
- Pump Motor Seized / Open Circuit Pump Ground C1256
- Accumulator Low Pressure Fault The ABS/Booster pump is not running. Power and ground to the pump test okay. Tapped pump lightly with hammer with key on and pump started running. Accumulator filled, lights went out and brake feeling went back to normal. Pump motor is failing, likely in the motor brushes/contacts. The pump is not serviced separately, and must be replaced with the entire ABS valve/Master cylinder assy. Pump will continue to fail to run intermittently when it stops in the bad spot.
