Fuel System (Bank 1) Too Lean Confirm system is lean. Trims at idle total over +45%. Trims get better under load or heavy throttle, down to about +10-15%. MAF reading is also very low at idle, but close to normal at higher RPM. These conditions typically indicate a manifold vacuum source leak. Spraying carb cleaner around manifold causes trims to flip ti negative conditions. Smoke test the intake and found smoke leaking from under the intake plenum, possibly from a split vacuum hose for PCV system, but cannot completely see due to location. Need to remove intake plenum and inspect/replace parts as needed. After leak is repaired will need to recheck fuel trims. Confirmed PCV hose was torn. Replaced hose, manifold and T/B gaskets, cleaned TB and MAF and reset PCM and idle relearned. Fuel trims now correct.
Includes replace the PCV vacuum hose and clean TB and MAF if required

No issues with vehicle stalling or power steering being inop. Front brakes almost metal to metal – rotors okay Rear brakes approx 60% remaining Low on oil, recommend oil change No codes on PCM – Test drove vehicle – okay
