Code P0420 Bank 1 Cat inefficient Check fuel trims and O2 sensors response on both banks by enriching and creating vacuum leaks. Bank 1 cat is not responding properly. Recommend bank 1 cat and bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor Alternator is whining internally and not charging at idle.

Coolant Thermostat, temperature below regulating temp Test cooling system and found the upper radiator hose begins to get warm well before the thermostat regulating temp. With fans on, the temp never gets over about 155 degrees when at idle. Upper stat is bypassing. Engine uses two thermostats, one in each inlet/outlet. Need to replace both to ensure correct performance of cooling system.
