    • Engine fault codes P0171 system too lean bank 1 P0174 system too lean bank 2 Found fuel trim values at idle approximately 20% positive trim. In gear or on acceleration fuel trims go over 40% positive. Upon inspection found massive hole in air intake duct. Need to replace duct, clean mass air flow sensor and throttle body, perform reset and recheck fuel trims.
    • VALVE CLEARANCE – ADJUST – [Adjust only if noisy.] ENGINE OIL – REPLACE – [If the message, "SERVICE" does not appear more than 12 months after the display is reset, change the engine oil every 12 months.] MAINTENANCE MINDER LIGHT – RESET – [Reset the Maintenance Minder Light after every service is performed. If the Light is reset without performing a service, the system will not show the proper maintenance intervals. This can lead to serious mechanical problems because you will no longer have an accurate record of when maintenance is needed.]
    • VALVE CLEARANCE – ADJUST – [Adjust only if noisy.] MAINTENANCE MINDER LIGHT – RESET – [Reset the Maintenance Minder Light after every service is performed. If the Light is reset without performing a service, the system will not show the proper maintenance intervals. This can lead to serious mechanical problems because you will no longer have an accurate record of when maintenance is needed.] TIRES – ROTATE No valve noise heard, and MAP sensor voltage at idle indicates valves are not tight.
    • VALVE CLEARANCE – INSPECT WATER PUMP – INSPECT – [Inspect every time the timing belt is replace.] SPARK PLUGS – REPLACE TIMING BELT – REPLACE – [If the vehicle is driven regularly in very high temperatures (over 110Deg F., 43Deg. C), in very low temperatures (under 20Deg. F, 29Deg. C), or towing a trailer, replace every 60,000 miles.] MAINTENANCE MINDER LIGHT – RESET – [Reset the Maintenance Minder Light after every service is performed. If the Light is reset without performing a service, the system will not show the proper maintenance intervals. This can lead to serious mechanical problems because you will no longer have an accurate record of when maintenance is needed.] Confirm spark plugs are original, and Beyond maximum Gap specification. Advice to replace water pump along with all pulleys and tensioners during timing belt replacement
    • Replace air intake duct, clean throttle body and MAF and replace air filter
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
    • Remove & Replace rear Engine mount
    • Change oil and filter. Replace with synthetic oil. Lube chassis, top off all fluid levels, adjust tire pressure.
    • Install wiper blades

    • Did not hear noise on road test. When vehicle was in the air noticed the shield has a loose bolt. Tighten bolt
    • Change oil and filter. Replace with synthetic oil. Lube chassis, top off all fluid levels, adjust tire pressure.
    • Remove and replace front struts, bump stops, insulators, covers, seats and bearings
    • Install air filter
    • Remove & Replace cabin filter
    • Drain and fill
    • Remove and replace spark plugs
