No Transponder Modulation or No Transponder (Symptom 00) – Test Failed Since DTC Clear, History DTC, Current DTC Since Power Up. – To start out – need to replace 2 factory keys and program. Customer notified. Customer unable to obtain original keys. Currently there is only one key listed in the BCM data that is programmed to operate theft system, despite that there are two keys that will start the vehicle (intermittently). The two keys are aftermarket, and one must be a "clone" type that duplicates first key. This will cause system to see two keys as only one. System is stuck in program mode because two keys must be learned after deleting old keys from memory. Program two new OEM keys supplied from dealer. System now displays that 3 keys are learned. All 4 customer keys now operate and all faults are gone.

No communication with Auxiliary Gauge Module. AGM is powered by the same fuse that powers the instrument cluster, which works normally. Removed "Cluster" fuse to reset module, and gauge set worked on next key cycle. Module was locked up. Lockup can be caused by low battery volts or from faulty module. Load test battery, found failed. Advise to replace battery. Last one was done in 10/2018.
