    • System code scan Engine fault codes: P0171 system too lean bank 1 P0441 EVAP system incorrect purge flow P013B O2 sensor slow response bank 1 sensor 2 ABS codes: C0057 vehicle Dynamics control interrupted due to engine reason C0042 power supply voltage failure There are other systems that also have power supply or voltage codes, likely due to low battery voltage at some point. Not an issue at this time. Flashing brake and cruise control lights are simply due to engine control system codes being set. The only current code causing the check engine light to be on at this time is the P0171 fault. This code is stored in the generic OBD2 system as well. Fuel trims at idle are positive 35%. On initial inspection found air intake duct left loose at the air cleaner assembly. Duct has almost falling off but not quite. Clamp was left loose. Mass air flow readings at idle are under what they should be. Inspect mass air flow sensor found no contamination or debris. Reinstall mass air flow sensor and connect ducting properly. Inspect for vacuum leaks using smoke machine on intake system. Found large vacuum leak from a hole in the brake booster check valve. Blocked off brake booster vacuum hose can fuel trim values return to normal reading of 0%, and mass air flow readings back to normal. Suspect the oxygen sensor fault code was due to this leak. Tested the EVAP system and found to be operating normally at this time. Vehicle May set fault code for EVAP system again if paltry occurs. It is possible the fuel cap was left off at one point also setting the code. Tire light was flashing for faulty pressure sensor.
    • Also reset fuel control and road test
