- Engine Faults: P0420
- Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 Road test while monitoring the pre- and post-catalyst A/F and O2 sensors and fuel trims. Trims are normal at all times. Rear O2 sensor signal is showing excessive switching during cruise phase, indicating catalyst deterioration. Cat monitor did actually pass on last road test, but not by a very big margin. A/F sensor looks very new. Catalytic converter assy needs replacement. Should only need converter/pine assy and gaskets.
- – Reverse camera having issue – glitchy – left rears inner tail light out – Right front park lamp out – small clunk in front end – possible end links. No wear found – need to diagnose. – Recent OEM short block and head job – workmanship looks great. – OIl is over-full, maybe by 1/2 to 1qt – has been hit in rear – left rear harder. Repair up the D-pillar. – Paint chipped right D-pillar above tail light – Belt small crack – Air filter dirty – cabin filter dirty – lower control arm bushings cracked – front brakes less than 5% remaining – front rotors hot spots, recommend replacing – rear brakes approx 20% remaining, rotors okay – transmission fluid dirty Wiper blades okay, coolant okay, hoses okay, alternator charging 14.5 v, battery okay, engine oil new.
- CATALYTIC CONVERTER – Remove & Replace – 2.5L Eng Front,w/Front Pipe
- DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace
- AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace
- Front brake job, install dealer pads. Replace front brake rotors
- Install dealer pads.
- Machine rear rotors on vehicle
- Drain and fill
- Replace left rear inner tail light bulb
- Replace right front park lamp bulb
- Hazardous Waste Disposal Fee
