Fault code scan only found problem in engine control system. P2103 throttle actuator control motor circuit high. Currently no lights are on and vehicle runs normally. This code usually sets due to Sticky throttle body. If throttle blade sticks and causes high amperage draw on control circuit the fault will set. Found throttle body very dirty. Clean throttle body and mass air flow sensor and reset system. Road test multiple times with no Faults. Advised to return vehicle to customer. If problem returns will need replacement throttle body.
Remove four wheels and rear brake drums/rotors to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. – Recommend tire rotation – Rear brakes approximately 50% remaining – recommend clean and adjust – Front brakes approximately 40% remaining
Service and adjust rear brakes
Change oil & filter. Top off all fluid levels. Check & adjust tire pressure. Visual inspection of hoses, belts, etc. Lube chassis.

Engine fault codes: P0303 cylinder 3 misfire detected P0353 ignition coil "C" primary or secondary circuit fault Engine seems to be misfiring constantly, then smooth out after putting under load and returning to idle. Misfire then returnd about 5 minutes later at idle. Cylinder number 3 is the middle cylinder on the rear Bank of the engine. Intake plenum must be removed to access and inspect all three ignition coils in the rear Bank. Removed spark plug from front Bank, found Gap to be at correct specification. All three ignition coil connector Clips are broken on the front three coils. Two of them have been siliconed onto the coils. Center front coil (cyl#4)has been recently replaced. Can see the three rear connectors with a mirror are all in good shape and there is no apparent harness damage. Connectors break all the time on these engines. Highly suspect failed number 3 ignition coil since there is a circuit code for this coil. Due to the labor required to access and replace this one coil, advised to replace all three on the rear bank so it doesn't have to be done again. I will also check the spark plugs on the rear Bank in case they have not been replaced for some reason.

Found engine 3.5 quarts low, added oil, now no running problem. Found no H/C's in cooling system. Only 1,800 miles since last LOF. There is a known issue with piston rings on 2010-2014 Prius'. Needs engine or replace piston rings.
